Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer – Project Manager to oversee large-scale civil construction projects in Musandam (GCC). The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle including planning, execution, budgeting, coordination, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil construction projects
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Mandatory experience in Oman or any GCC country
• Strong background in large-scale construction project management
• Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Experience working with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and government authorities
• Good knowledge of GCC construction standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the overall execution of civil construction projects
• Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and cost control
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance on-site
• Prepare and submit project reports, documentation, and progress updates
• Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution

Preferred Candidate Profile

Fluent Arabic Speakers with GCC experience

Candidates with Oman project experience will be highly preferred

Must currently hold or have recently held a Project Manager designation

Experience handling large civil infrastructure or construction projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO900.000 - RO1,300.000 per month
