Civil Engineer – Projects & Corporate Coordination

Experience Required: 7–10 Years

We are seeking an experienced and well-rounded Civil Engineer to assist the Managing Director in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and company-level operations.

The ideal candidate should have broad construction exposure and be confident in dealing with clients, consultants, and project partners. This role combines technical oversight, documentation, and corporate coordination responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor ongoing construction projects
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and project partners
  • Assist in preparation and review of IPCs, variations, and contractual correspondence
  • Maintain structured project documentation and reporting systems
  • Support in tendering, prequalification, and contractual submissions
  • Prepare management presentations and company reports
  • Assist in coordination with local and international partners
  • Handle strategic and operational tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

  • BSc Civil Engineering (PEC Registered preferred)
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of project documentation and contractual procedures
  • Basic knowledge of FIDIC contracts preferred
  • Experience in client and consultant coordination
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint mandatory)
  • Professional communication skills
  • Organized, mature, and capable of handling confidential matters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
