Civil Engineer (QS Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and evaluate BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Conduct site measurements, verify quantities, and prepare interim payment certificates.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparisons.
• Support project management team with contractual and commercial issues.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and prepare claims when required.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to validate progress and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 3–5 years’ experience in quantity surveying and civil engineering works.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• UPDA/MMUP certification is an advantage.
