Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Civil Engineers (Site Engineers) to join our team for commercial and industrial building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on site experience and strong knowledge of project execution, billing, and contractor management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and execution of civil commercial building works and factory building projects.

Preparation and submission of weekly bills and site reports.

Knowledge of tendering, budgeting, and billing works related to civil construction.

Proficient in AutoCAD for drawing review and modifications.

Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.

Coordinate and control contractors to ensure timely project execution.

Ensure quality control, safety, and compliance at the site.

Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and the project team.

Requirements:

Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 1 to 10 years in site execution (civil/commercial/factory projects).

Must be computer savvy with proficiency in MS Office & AutoCAD.

Good communication skills in English and Tamil.

Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Ready to work anywhere in India.

Job Type & Salary: Full-time, Site-based role.

Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience & skills).
