Qualification’s: B.E.CIVIL

Experience: 5 TO 15 YEAR

Knowledge of MS Office (Advance Excel)

Role & Responsibility

• Keep Daily progress report of work.
• Labour guidance.
• Infra Work knowledge.
• Require Material Knowledge.(Plumbing, Electric, Hardware etc.)
• Material consumption records.
• Quality check
• Quantity check.
• Bar Bending Schedule.
• Bar chart.
• Centering & Levelling.
• To check reinforcement of column, beam, slab.
• To check shuttering, levelling.
• Planning of work.
• Overseeing the project.
• Site updates to seniors.
• Contact between contractors, subcontractors, vendors.
• Measurement work.
• Basic Knowledge Microsoft Office & Autocad 2D & 3D.
• Execution of work
• Planning for material requirement further execution of work with contractor
• Estimation of material requirement for related work
• Dividing responsibility to inform to execute work with management
• Certification of material requirement
• Checking of Material quality
• Checking of measurement
• Co-ordinate with various contractor on civil, electrical, painter etc. for execution of work
• Decision with staff for efficiently & solution for day to day timely execution of work
• Co-ordinate with for requirement of agency / contractor for execution of work
• Study of plan & difficulty on to get it in notice to Architect & RCC consultant
• Cleaning of site each agency if not carried out to be carried in our dept for safety for labour health
• Report day to day of work
• Approval of material to be use in building safety of all staff contractor regarding helmet
• To prepare Bar-Chart with discussion with contractor & staff
• To look after the smooth quality conscious speedy considering cost factor & with total construction activities considering "Safety First" aspect of our organisation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
