Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with a valid UPDA Certificate (Trainee or Grade A–C) and 7+ years of GCC experience, specializing in residential building projects and with strong knowledge of QCS (Qatar Construction Specifications) standards.

Requirements:

• Valid UPDA Certificate (Trainee / Grade A / B / C)
• Minimum 7 years of civil engineering experience within the GCC
• Proven experience in residential buildings (apartments, villas, housing projects)
• Good knowledge and application of QCS Standards
• Strong understanding of structural and finishing works
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications
• Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
• Familiar with quality control, safety, and construction procedures

Responsibilities:

• Supervise civil works in accordance with QCS and approved drawings
• Ensure construction quality meets project and regulatory standards
• Coordinate daily site activities and subcontractors
• Monitor safety, quality, and project schedules
• Prepare reports, inspections, and progress documentation
