Civil Technician

Job Title: Civil Technician (Maintenance)

Job Criteria / Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management
• Strong knowledge of civil maintenance works such as:
• Masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, and gypsum works
• Minor concrete repairs and finishing works
• Waterproofing and leak rectification
• Ability to carry out site inspections and identify civil defects
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance
• Capable of preparing maintenance reports, work orders, and material requests
• Ability to estimate materials, manpower, and repair costs
• Knowledge of HSE requirements and safe work practices
• Able to coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and supervisors
• Basic knowledge of drawings and as-built layouts
• Familiar with CMMS / maintenance systems is an advantage
• Good communication skills and ability to handle client complaints professionally
• Physically fit and willing to respond to emergency maintenance call

Pay: From QAR2,500.00 per month
