Civil Engineer – Residential Villa Projects (UAE Experience Required)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Civil Engineer with solid UAE experience in residential villa construction. The role requires strong site management, coordination skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in full compliance with approved drawings and authority standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities at villa project sites
• Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and project timelines
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor manpower, materials, and site progress
• Manage authority inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Handle snagging, rectifications, and final project handover
• Assist with cost control and manage variation works

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 4–7 years of UAE experience in villa construction (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of villa structural and finishing works
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 is an advantage
• Familiarity with UAE authority approvals and inspection procedures
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple site activities under pressure
• UAE Driving License preferred

• Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000
