Civil Engineer (Villas)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer who has strong UAE experience in residential villa construction. The candidate will manage site work, coordinate with different teams, and make sure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per approved drawings and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction work at villa project sites
• Ensure work is done according to approved drawings and project schedule
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor site progress, workers, and materials
• Ensure compliance with authority rules, inspections, and safety standards
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Handle inspections, snagging, and final handover
• Support cost control and variation works

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 4–7 years of UAE experience in villa construction
• Good knowledge of villa structure and finishing works
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 is a plus
• Familiar with UAE authority approvals and inspections
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• UAE Driving License preferred
