Job Title: Civil Engineer – Porta Cabin / Modular Construction
Location: Qatar
Start Date: Immediate

Duration : 3 Months (Extendable)

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in porta cabin, modular building, or prefabricated structure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and ensuring the structural safety and quality of porta cabin installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical drawings, BOQs, and design calculations for porta cabin projects
• Oversee site preparation, foundations, assembly, and installation of modular structures
• Conduct structural assessments and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers
• Manage project timelines, budgeting, and material procurement
• Perform site inspections and quality-control checks
• Ensure safety and sustainability practices are followed on all worksites

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
• Proven experience working with porta cabins, modular buildings, or prefabricated structures
• Strong understanding of structural design and site engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software
• Excellent communication and project-coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Locally avilable with valid QID
• Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with temporary site office cabins, worker accommodations, or modular housing
• Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes
• Previous work in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
