Civil Engineering Assistant Manager

Overview

Job Details:

Oversee administrative and operational activities of construction projects to ensure smooth workflow and accurate documentation.

Prepare detailed tables for budgets, material quantities, and cost calculations to support effective project planning and execution.

Develop, review, and organize construction plans including topographic, architectural, and structural drawings.

Perform accurate calculations for steel and concrete structures in line with project specifications and engineering standards.

Supervise project staff and coordinate daily activities both on-site and within the office environment.

Monitor inventory levels and resource availability to ensure materials and equipment are ready when required.

Prepare and submit regular progress reports covering project costs, resource allocation, timelines, and milestones.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth project execution and communication.

Maintain project records, technical documents, and drawings in an organized and updated manner.

Job Experience Requirements

University studies in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Draftsman or Calculator, including structural calculations for steel and concrete construction projects.

Hands-on experience in construction planning, material quantity estimation, and cost integration activities.

Good working knowledge of structural design software such as AutoCAD and Inventor.

Intermediate Excel skills for calculations, reporting, and data management tasks.

Availability to work Monday to Friday, including a half-day on Saturday.
