About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Design Trainer (CAD/BIM) with strong expertise in CAD and BIM tools to train engineering students and professionals at our Head Office in Cochin (Ernakulam). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Civil CAD drafting, structural and architectural modelling, BIM workflows, and documentation, along with a strong passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct high-quality training sessions in AutoCAD (Civil), Revit (Architecture/Structure), Civil 3D, and other relevant CAD/BIM tools.

· Teach core civil engineering design concepts, including:

o 2D Drafting & Detailing

o Building & Structural Modelling

o BIM Coordination

o Site Modelling, Grading & Alignment

o Quantity Take-Offs & Schedules

o Construction Documentation

· Prepare instructional materials, lesson plans, and project-based exercises.

· Mentor students on real-time BIM and CAD projects and support them in portfolio development.

· Evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement.

· Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and events such as CADFEST 2026.

· Ensure training quality in alignment with CADCENTER standards and Autodesk ATC requirements.

· Stay updated with the latest developments in CAD/BIM tools and best industry practices.

Required Skills & Software Expertise

Candidates should be proficient in at least two or more of the following:

CAD Tools

· AutoCAD (Civil)

· AutoCAD Architecture

· AutoCAD Structural Drafting

BIM Tools

· Revit Architecture

· Revit Structure

· Revit MEP (optional advantage)

· Navisworks Manage / Simulate

· Civil 3D

· InfraWorks (preferred but optional)

Core Competencies

· Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts

· Drafting standards & construction documentation

· BIM workflows, LOD concepts & coordination

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

Qualifications

· B.Tech / BE / in Civil Engineering

· Certifications in CAD/BIM software are an added advantage.

Experience

· 1–5 years of experience in industry or training.

· Freshers with strong software knowledge and passion for teaching may also apply.
