Civil Engineers Requied

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise construction activities on-site.

Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Monitor progress and maintain daily site records.

2. Technical Implementation

Interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and BOQs.

Ensure proper setting out, leveling, and alignment of structures.

Resolve technical issues arising during construction.

3. Quality Control

Ensure materials and workmanship meet required standards.

Conduct inspections and tests as per quality plans.

Coordinate with QA/QC engineers and consultants.

4. Project Coordination

Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers.

Ensure smooth workflow and avoid delays.

5. Health & Safety Compliance

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.

Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks.

Report and manage any incidents or hazards.

6. Material & Resource Management

Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.

Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials.

Ensure availability of manpower and equipment.

7. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Maintain site records, drawings, and logs.

Assist in preparing invoices, measurements, and billing.

8. Cost Control

Monitor project costs and suggest cost-saving measures.

Assist in variation orders and claims
