Site Supervisor - Construction

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations, manage workers and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and hands-on construction experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and site workforce
• Assign tasks and monitor labor productivity
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
• Enforce health & safety regulations and ensure PPE compliance
• Monitor project progress and report delays/issues
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment usage
• Maintain daily site reports and attendance records

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant experience
• 3–5 years of construction/site supervision experience
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of construction safety practices
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with residential/commercial construction projects
• Safety certification (e.g., OSHA or equivalent)
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting)

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
