- Coordinate initial design activities, including foundation, access road, and platform drawings.
- Collaborate with planning teams to prepare execution plans and method statements for quality and safe project implementation.
- Schedule construction activities, allocate resources, and define productivity paths.
- Monitor and control project execution as per the approved schedule/plan.
- Attend periodic meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to review project progress.
- Resolve technical clarifications and design-related issues with consultants and clients.
- Prepare daily progress reports, look-ahead schedules, monthly progress bills, and statements.
- Manage preparation of red-marked drawings / as-built drawings and ensure proper handover of detailed documents to clients.
- Report NCRs, site notes, and HSE issues to the Project Manager.
- Monitor store transactions to ensure proper material handling.
