Civil Estimation Engineer

Job Description:
A leading fit-out and construction company, is looking for a Civil Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for interior fit-out and construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to determine material, labor, and time costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Conduct site visits for estimation and cost verification when required.
• Assist project teams with budget planning and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil estimation for fit-out/construction projects.
• Strong understanding of local construction standards, materials, and pricing.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹96,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
