Job Description – Office Technical Staff

We are a Class A Government Contractor registered with CPWD, engaged in the construction of roads and buildings. The firm has successfully executed several large-scale infrastructure projects and is committed to delivering quality, timely, and cost-effective solutions.

Position: Office Technical Staff

Location: Ghaziabad / Project Sites (as required)
Reporting to: Proprietor / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of detailed estimates for civil and related works as per tender documents and project requirements.
• Checking and verification of bills submitted from site, including measurement sheets, rate analysis, and supporting documents.
• Assisting in preparation of running account bills (RA Bills) and final bills for submission to clients.
• Supporting common accounting tasks such as maintaining ledgers, reconciliation of site accounts, and petty cash handling.
• Coordinating with site engineers and vendors for smooth flow of technical and financial information.
• Maintaining systematic records of estimates, billing, and accounts for audit and reporting purposes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and basic accounting software (e.g., Tally).
• Familiarity with CPWD / PWD schedule of rates and billing procedures preferred.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,599.06 - ₹25,581.31 per month

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• similar work in estimation: 3 years (Required)
