Civil Estimation Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analysing project requirements, and supporting tendering and bidding processes for civil construction projects.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of works
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil works
• Develop BOQs, pricing sheets, and cost breakdown structures
• Analyse project risks, assumptions, and exclusions
• Request, review, and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
• Assist in preparation and submission of tender documents
• Support post-tender clarifications and value engineering proposals
• Maintain cost databases, historical records, and estimation reports
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, company standards, and UAE regulations

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in civil estimation and tendering
• UAE experiences preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local market rates
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
