Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales cum Civil Estimation Engineer with strong construction sales and estimation experience. The role involves business development, cost estimation, tender preparation, and client coordination. Own car and valid UAE driving license are mandatory for client meetings and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and manage construction sales activities
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, proposals, and tenders
• Conduct technical presentations and client meetings
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams
• Maintain sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and follow-ups
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction sales & estimation
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, costing, and tendering
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Own car and valid UAE driving license – COMPULSORY
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
