Project Location: Dalmia Cement Plant, LumShillong, Meghalaya

Position: Civil Foreman

• Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
• Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in construction/industrial projects
• Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site construction activities.
• Ensure proper execution of flooring, structural, and drainage works.
• Maintain quality control and follow safety standards at site.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and labor teams.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Prepare daily reports and assist in billing & documentation when required.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of industrial construction projects.
• Ability to handle manpower and site resources effectively.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ready to join immediately at the project location.
