Civil Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman with strong landscaping knowledge to supervise and coordinate site activities. The role involves managing civil and landscape works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities related to civil and landscaping works (hardscape & softscape).
• Interpret and implement project drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Monitor progress and ensure work is executed as per approved standards and timelines.
• Allocate tasks to workers and oversee subcontractors, ensuring efficient manpower utilization.
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with project requirements and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, suppliers, and clients on site requirements.
• Ensure proper usage of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Enforce site safety procedures and conduct toolbox meetings.
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (preferred).
• High school education with extensive experience in civil and landscaping works may be considered.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil construction, including at least 2–3 years in landscaping projects (hardscape & softscape).

Requirements & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of landscaping works (planting, turfing, irrigation, paving, kerbstones, interlocks, retaining walls, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and BOQs.
• Proficiency in site supervision, manpower management, and quality control.
• Familiarity with surveying levels, grading, and material usage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage multicultural teams.
• Good command of English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
• Physically fit and capable of working long hours on site.
• Valid driving license preferred.
