Civil Foreman

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of workers and subcontractors on residential sites.
  
• Plan and allocate tasks to meet construction schedules and milestones.
  
• Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and finishing standards.
  
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a secure, clean work environment.
  
• Oversee material handling, minimize wastage, and ensure proper use of resources.
  
• Provide daily site updates and progress reports to the Project Manager/Engineer.
  
• Inspect workmanship and ensure high-quality finishing suited for residential projects.
  
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience as a Foreman in residential construction projects (high-rise, villas, group housing, or townships).
  
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, finishing standards, and residential materials.
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
  
• Proven leadership skills to manage labour teams effectively.
  
• Good communication, problem-solving, and team coordination abilities.
  
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, email) preferred.
