Civil Foreman

About the Role:
KAME Gardens, one of the leading landscaping and pool companies in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Landscape & Pool Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in both landscaping and swimming pool works, with the ability to lead teams, oversee projects, and ensure high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily landscaping and pool construction/maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with team members and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain quality standards in all work delivered.
• Report project progress and site requirements to management.
• Ensure safety measures are followed on-site.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscape and pool works in the UAE.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read drawings and implement them on-site.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, planting, hardscape, and pool finishing.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Salary:
Salary will be discussed during the interview and is based on experience.
