Civil Foreman

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities at the project site.
• Assign tasks to workers, monitor performance, and ensure work quality.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations.
• Plan daily work schedules and monitor progress against targets.
• Liaise with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
• Report site progress, manpower, and resource usage to project management.
• Ensure proper use and care of equipment, tools, and materials.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and productivity among the workforce.

Requirements

• Diploma or technical qualification in Civil/Construction (preferred, not mandatory).
• 5-8 years of experience in civil construction projects, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of civil works (concrete, masonry, formwork, finishing, etc.).

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,250.00 per month
