Civil Foreman

We are hiring Civil Foreman for a Construction Project based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day site construction activities to ensure work is carried out safely, on schedule, and as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role ensures smooth execution of all civil works and efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supervise and control all civil and structural works at the site (e.g., excavation, formwork, concrete, blockwork, plastering, finishing).

2. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

3. Allocate work to skilled and unskilled workers and monitor their performance.

4. Coordinate with site engineers for drawings, material requirements, and work schedules.

5. Ensure proper use of materials, manpower, and equipment to prevent wastage and delays.

6. Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and compliance before client/consultant inspections.

7. Enforce safety rules and site regulations among all workers and visitors.

8. Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and compliance with HSE guidelines.

9. Report and document any accidents, unsafe acts, or near misses immediately.

10. Maintain clean, organized, and safe working conditions on site.

11. Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines.
