Civil Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman (experience in villas and residential buildings projects) to oversee and coordinate on-site structural construction activities in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil and structural works, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site civil and structural construction work
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure timely project completion
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
• Monitor work progress and report daily updates to management
• Assist in resource planning and allocation on-site

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Civil Structural Foreman or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of structural construction methods, materials, and quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Accommodation & Transportation: Provided
Working Days: 6 days per week
Working Hours: 10 hours per day

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
