Job Description

We are currently seeking a Foreman (MEP / Civil Site Engineer) with hands-on experience in construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with project teams to deliver quality results on time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site activities for MEP and civil works.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Monitor daily progress and report to the Project Engineer/Manager.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Inspect work quality and resolve site-related issues promptly.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards at the site.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in MEP or civil construction projects.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of site supervision and technical drawings.
• Ability to handle workforce and ensure productivity on site.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 2,500 per month
• Other benefits as per labor law
