Description:
We are looking for an experienced Camp Boss to manage and oversee our workers’ accommodation in Sajja, Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role and be capable of maintaining camp operations, hygiene, discipline, and welfare of the camp residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the camp Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the camp premises.
Monitor staff attendance and ensure rules and regulations are followed
Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams
Handle inventory and supplies for the camp
Resolve any issues related to workers’ welfare promptly
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Camp Boss or in a similar role is require
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage large groups of workers and handle logistical tasks
Must be currently available in the UAE
Benefits:
Salary: AED 2,000 to 2,500 per month (based on experience)
