Civil Foreman

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with engineers and workers, and ensuring that all civil works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site operations and workforce.
• Ensure work progress aligns with project schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor safety compliance and report site issues promptly.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects in Qatar.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) — essential for site coordination and reporting.
• Valid Qatar ID with NOC.
