Civil Foreman

Position: Civil Foreman

Location: Qatar

Salary: QAR 3000 + Accommodation, transportation, food, and all other benefits as per Qatar Labour Law

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil works and coordinate with site teams
• Ensure project tasks are carried out according to drawings and specifications
• Monitor manpower productivity and maintain work discipline on-site
• Inspect ongoing work and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Communicate progress, challenges, and requirements to the project management team

Qualifications:

• ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman
• Strong understanding of civil construction processes and materials
• Ability to lead and manage multi-skilled teams
