CIVIL FOREMAN

Project: Habshan Project
Contract Duration: 2 Years
Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities on site, including concrete works, formwork, rebar, excavation, and finishing works.
• Ensure civil works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
• Lead and manage civil workers and subcontractors to ensure productivity, quality, and timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor daily site activities and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and promote safe working practices at all times.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and rectify non-conformances.
• Coordinate with engineering, HSE, QA/QC, and construction teams to resolve site issues.
• Report daily progress, manpower status, and site issues to site management.
• Ensure proper use, handling, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant UAE experience as a Civil Foreman.
• Experience working on oil & gas, refinery, or large industrial projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction activities, materials, and site execution practices.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and site safety requirements.
• Physically fit and capable of working in site conditions.

• Client is willing to wait 12–15 working days post candidate selection for mobilization.
