Job Summary:

Fables Interiors is seeking a proactive and experienced Civil Foreman to oversee civil and interior fit-out work across various project sites. The ideal candidate will supervise site activities, ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards, and coordinate effectively with subcontractors, workers, and the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure timely execution of civil and interior fit-out works
• Allocate tasks to site workers and monitor performance to ensure productivity and quality
• Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth workflow
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment on site
• Maintain site discipline and enforce safety regulations at all times
• Conduct regular inspections to identify issues, delays, or deviations from plans
• Communicate work progress and site updates to the Site Engineer or Project Manager
• Ensure the work is carried out as per approved drawings and project timelines
• Maintain site documentation including daily reports, labor records, and material logs
• Support the site team during inspections, handovers, and client visits

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil and interior fit-out supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
• Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and labor efficiently
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with UAE construction/site regulations
• UAE Driving License is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
