Civil Foreman

OGO Contacting is looking for Civil Foreman with 3 to 4 years who can join immediately on cancelled or Visit Visa.

• Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities on villa projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of construction projects.
• Manage and lead a team of construction workers, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient project progress.
• Monitor construction site safety, enforcing compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related issues promptly to prevent delays and ensure project success.
• Monitor progress and performance against project timelines and budgets.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to specifications.
• Prepare daily reports on project progress, including labor, materials, and equipment usage.
• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
