• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of civil construction methods (earthwork, grading, concrete, utilities, paving).
• Leadership & Decisiveness: Ability to command respect, make quick decisions under pressure, and hold people accountable.
• Communication: Clear, direct, and effective communication with both workers and management.
• Problem-Solving: Practical, on-the-spot problem-solving skills.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to plan the day, manage multiple tasks, and keep the job site organized.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work long hours in all weather conditions and often perform manual tasks alongside the crew.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
