Job Description:

A leading construction and contracting company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking to hire an experienced Civil Site Supervisor with a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience to oversee and manage on-site civil works in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Manage site materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Resolve technical issues on-site efficiently.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Site Supervisor within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Arabic required; English proficiency preferred.

الوصف الوظيفي:

تعلن شركة مقاولات وإنشاءات رائدة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة عن حاجتها لتعيين مشرف مواقع مدني ذو خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات داخل الدولة، للإشراف على تنفيذ الأعمال المدنية وضمان سير العمل وفق المخططات والمواصفات المعتمدة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• الإشراف اليومي على أعمال الموقع وضمان تنفيذها حسب المخططات والمواصفات الفنية المعتمدة.
• قراءة وفهم المخططات الهندسية (معمارية، إنشائية، خدمات).
• التنسيق مع المهندسين، المقاولين من الباطن، والاستشاريين.
• متابعة تقدم الأعمال وإعداد التقارير اليومية.
• ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة المهنية.
• حصر الكميات ومتابعة المواد والمعدات في الموقع.
• حل المشكلات الفنية في الموقع بشكل فوري وفعّال.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كمشرف مواقع مدني داخل دولة الإمارات.
• معرفة قوية بقراءة المخططات الهندسية والتنفيذ وفقها.
• دراية بكودات البناء المحلية وأنظمة السلامة.
• مهارات قيادية وقدرة على إدارة فرق العمل.
• إجادة اللغة العربية، ويفضل إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
