Civil Foreman

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and workforce (laborers, operators, subcontractors).
• Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project schedule.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project management team.
• Monitor material usage and site resources.
• Enforce safety procedures and company HSE policies.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with standards.
• Report daily progress to management.
• Resolve on-site technical and workforce issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or technical certification in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site supervision.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication skills.
