Job Title: Senior Villa Construction Foreman (Dubai)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Villa Construction Foreman with strong exposure to the Dubai villa construction market. The candidate must have deep technical knowledge of foundations, footings, RCC structure, blockwork, finishing, and villa construction sequencing, with the ability to independently manage site execution to high quality standards.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

Minimum 8–10 years UAE experience, primarily in Dubai villa construction

Strong technical knowledge of footings, foundations, RCC structure, slabs, blockwork, and finishing works

Proven experience in Civil, MEP, and complete villa construction coordination

Ability to read and execute works as per approved drawings and specifications

Strong network of subcontractors, skilled labor teams, and suppliers in Dubai

Hands on capability to manage multiple trades on site simultaneously

Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely execution

Coordinate closely with Site Engineer / Project Manager

Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
