Maintenance Supervisor

Job Brief

• Supervise and oversee projects, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and materials required for construction activities.
• Inspect and maintain quality and safety standards on the construction site, promptly addressing any issues or concerns.

Requirements and Skills

• Degree or diploma in a related field.
• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in the Facilites Management industry.
• Strong knowledge of processes, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Preferred)
