Civil Foreman

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Foreman with 2–3 years of experience in the UAE to supervise and coordinate site activities for ongoing construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil works, manpower supervision and UAE safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :
Supervise daily civil works including concrete, block work, plastering, formwork, shuttering, excavation and finishing.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor manpower productivity and ensure efficient resource management.
Conduct daily site inspections and ensure all work meets UAE safety and quality standards.
Prepare daily progress reports, material requests and maintain site documentation.
Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Communicate effectively with project teams and escalate issues when required.

Requirements:
2–3 years proven experience as a Civil Foreman in the UAE. (Ware House Experience Preferred)
Strong understanding of civil construction methods and finishing works.
Ability to read and interpret civil/architectural drawings.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Familiar with UAE municipality/safety standards.
UAE driving license (preferred).
