Civil Foreman

We are hiring an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and manage site activities for ongoing construction projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating manpower, monitoring daily site operations, and ensuring work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in civil construction (villa, commercial, or high-rise projects)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site supervision
• Ability to handle workforce and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
• Valid QID with NOC (for local hire)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate civil works including excavation, concrete, blockwork, plastering, and finishing
• Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
• Manage site labor, subcontractors, and material usage
• Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications
• Monitor work progress and report to Site Engineer/Project Manager
• Enforce HSE and PPE safety standards on site
• Plan daily tasks and ensure timely project completion

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
