Civil Foreman

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Civil Foreman / Civil Supervisor for a construction project in Mesaieed, Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of building construction works and the ability to supervise site activities, manpower, and daily progress while ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities on site
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to meet project targets
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Monitor manpower productivity and allocate resources efficiently
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and site regulations
• Maintain daily reports, progress updates, and material requirements
• Ensure quality standards are followed during execution

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction works
• Must hold a valid E-CPW Card / Certificate (Mesaieed)
• Strong knowledge of civil works and site supervision
• Ability to manage workforce and handle site coordination effectively
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Immediate availability is preferred

Contract Duration

• Minimum 3 months
