Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and construction activities
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors
• Allocate tasks to workers and monitor progress
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
• Maintain quality control and safety standards on-site
• Monitor material usage and manage site resources
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Maintain daily work reports and site records
• Enforce health & safety regulations
