Civil Foreman

IMEP is currently seeking a highly experienced and responsible Civil Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of construction site procedures, with proven experience in airport projects being highly preferred.

You will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, ensuring work is executed according to project specifications, safety standards and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities on site
• Ensure compliance with airport construction procedures and safety regulations
• Manage workforce and assign daily tasks effectively
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Monitor site progress and report to site engineers/project managers
• Ensure quality control of all civil works
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other site teams
• Maintain safe working conditions at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman (airport or large infrastructure projects preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site procedures
• Ability to lead and manage site workers efficiently
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and leadership
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiar with safety standards in construction sites

Preferred:

• Experience in airport projects or similar large-scale infrastructure
• Ability to read drawings and understand technical instructions
