Civil Foreman

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow and proper execution of tasks.
• Ensure all civil works (including structural, finishing, and concrete works) are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and local authority regulations.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site in compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and identify defects or deviations, taking corrective action when necessary.
• Manage site materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently to avoid delays and wastage.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and government authorities during inspections and approvals.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities, including work permits, material approvals, and inspection requests.
• Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and technical challenges in coordination with the engineering team.
• Assist in planning and scheduling work activities to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain discipline and productivity among workers and subcontractors on-site.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven experience in villa and warehouse construction projects is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with UAE municipality regulations and standards is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
