Civil Foreman

• Supervision & Leadership: Manages daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks based on project schedules.
• Site Operation & Coordination: Oversees structural concrete, earthworks, drainage, and utility installation. Plans work sequences to ensure productivity.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensures all on-site personnel comply with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, PPE) to prevent accidents.
• Quality Control & Technical Execution: Inspects work for adherence to specifications, blueprints, and drawings, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Resource & Material Management: Coordinates the delivery, proper usage, and storage of materials and equipment to minimize waste.
• Communication & Reporting: Reports progress to site engineers or managers, updates on potential delays, and conducts daily briefings with the crew

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
