Civil Foreman

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
• Minimum 10 years of experience in:
• Civil works
• Road construction
• Building construction & maintenance
• Good knowledge of English (spoken & written)
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Familiarity with maintenance systems including SAP
• Valid GCC driving license or ability to obtain one within the stipulated time
• Middle East experience will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil construction and maintenance activities
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and site activities
• Ensure work is completed as per project standards and timelines
• Monitor safety compliance and quality standards on site
• Prepare daily progress updates and reports
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors

Education:

• Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• Construction : 10 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Qatar Driving License (Required)
• SAP Experience (Required)
