Civil Foreman Wanted

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities on site. The ideal candidate will ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules while effectively managing manpower, materials, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise civil works including concrete, blockwork, plastering, finishing, and minor structural works
• Allocate tasks and manage site labor, subcontractors, and equipment
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, method statements, and specifications
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other trades
• Monitor productivity and ensure timely completion of activities
• Ensure compliance with HSE and site safety regulations
• Check quality of workmanship and rectify defects
• Maintain daily site records, manpower reports, and progress updates
• Assist engineers in inspections and handover activities

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or technical certification in Civil Construction or equivalent
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Civil Foreman
• Strong experience in building construction, finishing, and fit-out coordination
• Ability to read and understand civil and architectural drawings
• Good knowledge of construction materials, tools, and site procedures
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-national workforces
• Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
