Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Site / Operation Coordinator to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth coordination between teams, clients, and management. The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE driving license and be ready to join immediately. Freshers with strong coordination and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily site operations and workforce activities
• Supervise site staff and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Arrange materials, equipment, and transportation as required
• Visit multiple sites when necessary (Driving License Mandatory)
• Maintain site reports, documentation, and attendance records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Support operations manager in planning and execution of projects

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Willingness to travel within Dubai / Abu Dhabi
• Immediate availability preferred

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
