Civil Engineer Inspector | AREC Engineering Consultant – Dubai

AREC Engineering Consultant is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer Inspector to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring construction activities, ensuring quality standards, and verifying that all site works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and monitor civil, structural, architectural, and infrastructure works on-site.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
• Identify non-conformance issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare daily inspection reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and site progress according to project standards.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are properly implemented on-site.
• Attend site inspections, meetings, and technical discussions when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction supervision or site inspection.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, QA/QC procedures, and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.
