Civil Inspector (Site)

Future Art Engineering Consultancy is looking for SITE CIVIL INSPECTOR.

Applicants must be:

• Minimum of 5 years' UAE experience at site
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• Inspect and monitor civil construction works.
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, codes, and standards.
• Prepare daily inspection reports, checklists, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Verify the quality of materials and workmanship at various stages of the project.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, site engineers, and project managers.
• Witness material testing and ensure proper sampling and documentation.
• Review and approve inspection requests (IRs) and method statements.
• Monitor construction progress and report any delays or issues.
